Who is Murthu?

I'm a Senior Python & Frappe/ERPNext Developer and Team Lead at Brilliant Technologies. My focus is narrow and deep: designing and shipping enterprise ERP systems on the Frappe stack, rather than being spread across every framework.

Day to day, that means custom DocTypes, server & client scripts, REST integrations and dashboards for our internal BCRM CRM system and HR attendance automation (including a biometric device integration), plus a Hospital Management System deployed on Frappe Cloud and ERPNext customizations for manufacturing and payments. I review code, deploy releases, and mentor the developers working alongside me.

Outside Frappe, I bring Django and WordPress experience for full-stack needs, and run 'Syntax Solver' on YouTube, teaching coding fundamentals.

End-to-end HR attendance system on Frappe: an automated remarks engine (grace period, late entry, early exit, missing punch, weekly off, holiday and sandwich-rule logic) driven by scheduled scripts, a bulk-optimized scheduler running every 5 minutes, and a Python middleware syncing a ZKTeco biometric device to Frappe Cloud over REST with SQLite-based deduplication. Also drives payroll deduction/bonus calculations on the Salary Slip.
